I'm Romy Healey — an ARIA and APRA Award-winning audio engineer and studio facilitator based in Sydney, Australia.

My work spans recording, mixing, and mastering across artists including Derrick Barry, BOY SODA, PANIA, CHISEKO, and RAGEFLOWER, with sessions at Studios 301, Forbes Street, Kiln Studio, and ASharp Studio.

I have worked as assistant engineer on ARIA Award-winning releases, and my mix work on PANIA's 'Pity Party' won the 2026 APRA Award for Most Performed R&B/Soul Work.

I have also worked with internationally recognised artists including Lil Yachty and Wiz Khalifa, and have facilitated sessions for Psychic Fever and Javale McGee through my work with AKA Music and Warner.

Beyond the desk, I work as a studio facilitator; connecting labels,       artists, and music companies with the right creative spaces, and making sure every session runs without friction from first contact to final file.      

I also create content for audio professionals & anyone else who's ever fallen down a gear rabbit hole — reaching tens of thousands of engineers, producers, and music nerds every month across Instagram and TikTok.
